Fantasnasotr Refund Policy

Fantasnasotr understands the importance of a clear and fair refund policy to maintain the trust and satisfaction of our customers.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, we have established the following procedures for refunding products purchased through our online store.

1. Returns Due to Buyer's Remorse

If, for any reason, you regret your purchase, you have the right to request a return of the product and a full refund of the amount paid, including shipping costs, within 30 calendar days from the date the product is collected from your address.

To request a return, please contact us via email at Fantasnastor@gmail.com, providing your full name and order number. After the returned product arrives at our distribution center, the refund will be processed within 30 days, using the same payment method as the original purchase. No additional costs will be imposed for the refund.

2. Return of Defective Products

In the case of products with manufacturing defects, you have up to 30 calendar days from the date of collection to request a return and refund. Please send an email to Fantasnastor@gmail.com with your full name, order number, and a detailed description of the defect, preferably accompanied by photos or videos.

We will assess the defect and, after confirmation, the refund will be processed using the same payment method as the purchase, without any additional costs, within 30 days of the product being collected from the return.

3. Reverse Logistics

For both situations above, Fantasnastor will cover the return shipping costs. You will receive a return authorization code by email and must send the product through a post office, using the original packaging or a box that guarantees the integrity of the product during transport.
